Our Story
At WCIS, our story is rooted in decades of leadership, innovation, and a shared commitment to transforming how warehouses operate. Founded by Daniel Kent, Jason Moak, and Trevor Barnes—three seasoned leaders with over 70 years of combined experience in distribution, logistics, and warehouse technology—WCIS was built to bridge the gap between software solutions and real-world operations.
After years in senior roles across Fortune 1000 companies and high-growth logistics environments, we saw a recurring challenge: businesses weren’t just struggling with outdated systems—they were missing partners who truly understood the complexity of warehouse operations, automation, and the human element behind every process. So we created WCIS to offer more than technology—we deliver end-to-end operational transformation.
Daniel Kent brings over 25 years of executive experience, having led large-scale WMS implementations and built high-performance fulfillment networks using cutting-edge automation and labor management strategies. Known for his strategic thinking and servant leadership, Daniel drives operational excellence through scalable, ROI-focused execution.
Jason Moak is an operations leader with deep expertise in streamlining processes, deploying WMS platforms, and aligning cross-functional teams. Drawing on the discipline gained through his service in the U.S. Army, Jason leads from the front—driving each project forward with purpose, precision, and measurable impact.
Trevor Barnes adds over 20 years of senior management experience in logistics and supply chain operations. A hands-on leader and data-driven strategist, Trevor is known for successfully launching greenfield distribution centers, standardizing processes across multiple facilities, and empowering teams to perform at their highest level.
Together, we’ve led multi-million-dollar projects—from $8M+ WMS deployments to $10M+ greenfield launches, system upgrades with a variety of WMS solutions, conveyance, and robotics integrations. But our mission goes beyond implementation—we help organizations unlock long-term efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
